- Where do I pick up?
- Free porch pickup in Little Elm (ZIP 75068). I do not publish a street address. After your mockup is approved and payment is in, I’ll share the exact spot.
- Will you meet me nearby?
- Yes — I’ll meet in or near Little Elm within 15 miles, free. The order form checks your ZIP.
- Do you deliver farther than that?
- Drop-off is $15 when you’re about 20 miles or more from ZIP 75068, up to 30 miles. No shipping.
- How far ahead should I order?
- Please order 2–3 weeks in advance. I’ll get back to you in 24 to 48 hours. Anything needed within 7 days is a $10 rush fee.
- When do I pay?
- After you approve the mockup, I’ll send a Venmo, Cash App, Apple Pay, or PayPal request. Cash at pickup is fine. That covers the banner, grommets if you added them, delivery if it applies, and the rush fee if your date is inside the window.
- Can I add metal grommets?
- Yes — $5 extra, on all four corners for easy hanging. There’s a photo of them on the pricing page.
- What if I want a fancier design or a custom size?
- Mark detailed border, detailed icons, styled lettering, or custom size on the form. I’ll include that extra in the mockup quote so you can approve it before I paint.
- Should I follow you on Instagram?
